Based in Paris since 2002 and the author of three books about French culture and Paris life, Elaine shares her fascinating story and the secrets of the Seine she uncovered researching her latest book, “The Seine: The River that Made Paris”.

“The joy of life for me is discovering something that no one else knows. When I write a book about the Seine and a French person says to me, “I learned so much” … That gives me great joy” says Elaine.
