Born in Brittany, western France, Marie first visited Paris at the age of six. It left a vivid impression. After studying and working abroad in Canada, Germany and the Czech Republic in marketing and events, she returned to France, inspired by that childhood memory to embark on a second career.

Marie trained to become a guide to Paris, studying art history and the city’s major monuments and museums. “Nothing makes me happier than sharing my passion for history and art, recreating for others that first magical encounter I had with the city of Paris.”

“I believe that everyone – no matter where they’re from – has an innate ability to respond to art. When that connection happens, when I see that spark, I’m reminded that I’m doing exactly what I was meant to do.”
